Appointment information
Bookings are made via the "Book an appointment" link above on this website. This link will take you to a booking website where you can choose an available appointment time.
Before your first appointment, Phoebe will email you a New Patient Registration form. Please fill out the New Patient Registration form and bring it with you or email it to Phoebe before your first visit.
All in-room physiotherapy appointments are 30 minutes in length. As a courtesy to Phoebe, please ensure that you arrive on time to your scheduled appointment.
Please note the cancellation and missed appointment policy contained in the New Patient Registration form (24 hours' notice required, and a cancellation fee may apply if later). Phoebe does not have a dedicated reception service. If you need to contact Phoebe by phone, please call or text her mobile and she will respond at her earliest convenience.
